We collect, store, and share information securely and only as required by law or with your consent.
If you wish to review, transfer, or request a copy of your medical record, please contact the front desk for assistance.
Respectful Environment
Our priority is to provide a secure and welcoming space for every patient, guest, and team member.
We take pride in serving a diverse community and embrace individuals of all ages, faiths, abilities, genders, and sexual orientations.

Appointments
We ask that you book your visit in advance, as we do not provide walk-in services. If you are joining our practice, your first visit will be an initial meet-and-greet to go over your medical history and goals. Standard visits usually last 15 minutes. To remain fair to all patients, we may need to move your appointment to another time if you arrive past your scheduled start."
